Steinbach Evangelical Fellowship Church (EFC) is a welcoming, multigenerational congregation with an average weekly attendance of approximately 175 people. Our church family includes a growing number of young families and reflects the increasing cultural diversity of Steinbach and the surrounding community.
Our desire is to grow as disciples of Jesus who know God’s Word, depend on prayer, care for one another, and share the Gospel in everyday life. Grounded in the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18–20, we want to equip people to make disciples in their homes, workplaces, neighbourhoods, and the wider community.
We seek a Lead Pastor whose life and ministry are centred on Jesus Christ, guided by the Holy Spirit, shaped by Scripture and prayer, and marked by humility and personal integrity. The successful candidate will be a gifted biblical preacher and teacher, a caring shepherd, a collaborative team builder, and a discerning leader who can help the congregation pursue its shared vision.
This is an opportunity to serve a congregation that is eager to grow in Christ, deepen its life together, and share the Gospel beyond the church building. We invite candidates who sense God’s call to lead with biblical conviction, pastoral warmth, collaborative wisdom, and a heart for making disciples to prayerfully consider serving with EFC.
